Learn to make dhalpuri roti, also known as dhal puri, dal puri, dhalpourie or dalbari roti- By popular Request - This version was specifically made for those viewers whose did not appreciate the loud music in the original video.

Dhalpuri is one of the most popular and loved rotis in Trinidad and parts of the Caribbean. It is stuffed with a flavorful filling made with ground and seasoned split peas. In my family, it is traditional eaten with peas dhal, curry duck, mango talkarie. There are also many other ways to enjoy this delicious roti. It's great especially with curries or stews!
