What's new? Actually, I've just received my dream guitar. It was years that I was looking for a Super 400 equipped with an authentic Charlie Christian microphone. Now this dream has come to reality thanks to Daniel Slaman, the great Dutch luthier.
It's a very special model since it has been designed by Daniel based on the measures of a prewar Gibson Super 400. As in the first models the neck is a short scale model (24" 3/4) which make it especially easy to play.
Hope you'll enjoy the sound of it as much as I do.
Recording chain: Guitar, Shure SM57 (amp) + Shure SM81 (acoustic sound), Fender Princeton (Handwired/USA model).
