這是什麼神仙組合!咖啡焦糖堅果蛋糕
醇香綿軟的咖啡戚風搭配香香脆脆的焦糖堅果,焦糖的甜剛好中和了咖啡奶油的微苦,這個豐富的口感很難不愛呀~
材料:
啡奶油:奶油400g,細砂糖40g,咖啡粉8g
咖啡戚風:雞蛋3個,牛奶45g,玉米油30g,細砂糖40g,黑咖啡粉5g,低筋麵粉50g
焦糖堅果:水40g,糖80g熬煮至焦糖色,放入80g堅果翻炒均勻
堅果用的知味軒金桶(5種果仁+3種果乾)
果仁飽滿~獨立小罐,出門攜帶也超方便

The mellow and soft coffee chiffon is paired with fragrant and crunchy caramel nuts. The sweetness of caramel just neutralizes the slight bitterness of coffee cream. It is hard not to love this rich taste~
Material:
Coffee cream: 400g cream, 40g fine sugar, 8g coffee powder
Coffee chiffon: 3 eggs, 45g milk, 30g corn oil, 40g fine sugar, 5g black coffee powder, 50g low-gluten flour
Caramelized nuts: boil 40g of water, 80g of sugar until caramelized, add 80g of nuts and stir fry evenly
