This show contains two routines that are more "magic" rather than strictly mentalism, however, I am of the mindset that every good mentalist should have a knowledge of magic & the psychology of comedy, & one of the keys to being a good entertainer is versatility. Most cruise shows need to be "family friendly" & appeal to all ages. So long as the odd routine here or there doesn't distract from the purpose of the show then it can work well :)
This was also a "fly-on" show, so everything needs to fit into a suitcase rather than a road case.. again, versatility. Best job in the world!
