This is the fourth trailer I've built from scratch. I have found it best to build them upside down initially, and then flip them once all the under-side welds are complete. This allows you to really focus in and get good solid welds on both the top and bottom side. Two of the trailers I built were light enough for two people to flip, but this one and another I had to get a little creative when it came to flipping.
