My name is Kathryne McCracken, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Myofascial and Lymphatic Therapies. I have a BS in Health Studies from EOU where the focus of my research was arthritis and joint replacement surgeries. I just completed my graduate degree at the University of Florida School of Medicine in "Innovative Aging". The focus of my study is to learn why over 90% of Americans spend the last 9-12 years of their lives in pain, when pain is not a natural part of aging. If it were, there would be a differential diagnosis, a check list that shows X age = Y pain, but that simply does not exist! People in their 50's are suffering from arthritis and getting joint replacement surgeries while people in their 90's are running marathons. I apply what I learned about the causes of premature aging to the work that I do as a Manual Therapist and have been able to help thousands of clients turn back the hands of time.
