The old rule of working for eight hours, playing for eight hours and resting for eight hours is a good starting point for reviewing your life. It's ok to work hard and to thrive on stress and hyper vigilance some of time, if this is counterbalanced by eight hours sleeping and a playful eight hours of relaxation, education, regeneration, socialisation and joy.
