Swing change is a hell of a task.

I’ve been at this for 10 years and have gone through 7 major swing changes just to really understand how change works.

My best generic advice:

Leave the result out of it at the start. Focusing on outcome drags you back into comparison mode and makes swing change much harder.

Go off-grid for a while. Give yourself space to truly adapt.

Study, study, study. You need to understand the why of swing change to intellectually accept it.

The above applies to any swing change.

On top of that, my biggest personal breakthrough — and one that’s central to the FMM Project — is this:
👉 I want mechanics to happen as a result of simple intentions, not the other way around.

Just know: swing change takes blood, sweat, and tears… but it’s worth it.
