James Kalm fights the onset of summer ennui in the New York gallery scene by taking a tour of Alice Neel "Late Portraits & Still Lifes" at David Zwirner. This is the second exhibition of Neel's work at the gallery since they began representing the estate in 2008. A museum quality show which features portraits of family, friends and persons from the creative community, and presents examples of the artist's unique style and facility as a chronicler of her era. This program includes a musical intro by "Guitar Ron".
