The economy keeps getting worse and people are suffering. The cost of goods and services continue to climb. Grocery shopping is like pulling out a mortgage and buying a vehicle costs more than houses did just a few decades ago. And speaking of houses, they are so expensive that the majority of the population has been priced out of them. Most people are drowning in debt and will end up working until the end of their lives. People have become callus and cold, and due to extreme polarization, stress, and the degradation of modern values, division is rampant. Is an economic or societal apocalypse inevitable? It's uncertain, and so is our future. The best we can do is prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
