I seek refuge in the Lord of Daybreak,
From the evil of what He created,
And the evil of the night, of magic,
And of haters when they hate
And I seek refuge in the Lord of Mankind,
The King of Mankind,
The God of Mankind,
From the retreating devil,
The one who whispers in the chests of Mankind,
From the Jinn and Mankind,
Oh Allah I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave,
And from the fire of hell,
And the situation of its people
The trials of life and death,
And from the evil,
of poverty and wealth,
Seek refuge in You from my sins
Distance me from them,
Like You distanced the east and the west,
I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sadness,
Powerlessness and laziness,
Cowardliness or stinginess,
The overpowering of men and the overpowering of debt,
From the evil of everything the sun rises over,
And over which the sun sets,
And I seek refuge in You from the whispering of devils,
And I seek refuge in You, My lord, that they approach me,
I seek refuge in You from the evil that your prophet
sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam, sought refuge from
I seek refuge in You from every evil thing that is in Your control,
I seek refuge in You from want and humiliation,
From wronging others or being wronged,
And from being crushed, drowned or burned,
And from being misled by Shaytan at any turn,
And especially while taking my last breath
Or fleeing the battlefield in my moment of death
And from hunger, the worst of companions
treachery the worst of hidden traits,
And from insanity, and all evil diseases,
And the changing of my state, or the changing of my fate,
From righteousness to wickedness,
I seek refuge in You from the diminishing of your blessings
And the changing of the good health You’ve given me,
And the suddenness of Your punishment,
And from the path,
Of those who have earned Your anger,
Or those who went astray
Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil
manners, actions and desires..
And any actions or speech that will bring me closer to the fire,
And seeking refuge in You from the ills of the heart,
And I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing,
The evil of my seeing,
the evils of my tongue, heart,
And the evil of my being..
And from a prayer that doesn’t benefit
And from the trials of the antichrist,
And I seek refuge in You from a heart that isn’t humbled,
A belly that’s never filled,
Knowledge that doesn’t benefit
A prayer not accepted, left unfulfilled,
I seek refuge in You from the evils that I’ve done,
And the evil that I haven’t
Oh Allah I seek refuge in You from divisiveness,
Hypocrisy, evil character and habits
I seek refuge in You from leading others astray,
Or being led astray,
Of slipping or being caused to slip,
Of oppressing others or being oppressed,
Of acting ignorantly or having ignorance be done to me
I seek refuge in You from the confinements of this world,
And the confinement of the Day of Judgment
I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself,
And the evil of Shaytan and the shirk to which he calls,
Oh Allah I seek refuge in Your Mercy from Your anger,
And in Your forgiveness from Your punishment
