Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Phalguni Mela Pad Yatra 2025 | 22 KM Barefoot Journey | Divine Experience

This vlog captures my Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Phalguni Mela Pad Yatra 2025, which I started on 5th February 2025 from Ringas to Khatu Shyam Temple along with my father. We took a bus from Jaipur and got down at Ringas, the starting point of our paidal yatra (walking pilgrimage), which we undertook barefoot as a mark of devotion.

🚶‍♂️ Beginning the Pad Yatra from Ringas

At 10 AM, we commenced our Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Phalguni Mela Pad Yatra 2025 after purchasing the sacred Shri Shyam Dhwaja, also known as Shyam Baba's Nishan. As we crossed the huge white entrance gate, we saw the Old Shyam Temple of Ringas on the left.

Although I had visited before, my father hadn’t, so we decided to pay a visit. The temple was beautifully decorated, and after offering darshan, I had a conversation with the temple priest about its history and significance.

🛕 Floating Stone of Ram Setu at Shiva Temple

Before leaving Ringas city, we visited a Shiva temple, where a floating stone from Ram Setu is kept. Both my father and I held the stone in our hands, and to our amazement, it floated on water—a truly surreal experience!

🚶‍♂️ 17 KM Walk to Khatu | Bhandaras & Devotional Chants

We then crossed a flyover, leaving Ringas city, and entered the dedicated pedestrian path meant for pilgrims. The distance from Ringas to Khatu is about 17 kilometers, and the entire route was filled with countless devotees walking towards Shri Khatu Shyam Temple while chanting "Jai Shri Shyam!".

On the way, we saw several Bhandaras (community food stalls) providing free food and drinks as prasad for the yatris (pilgrims). These selfless services by devotees added to the spiritual essence of the journey.

Taking short breaks along the way, we finally reached Khatu village, still chanting "Jai Shri Shyam", with a sense of devotion and energy.

🛕 Total 22 KM Barefoot Walk to Shri Khatu Shyam Temple

Upon reaching Khatu, we realized that due to the massive number of devotees, the government had arranged a zigzag path leading to the Khatu Shyam Temple. This meant walking an additional 4 kilometers, making our total journey 22 kilometers barefoot!

Finally, we arrived at the main entrance of Shri Khatu Shyam Temple in the evening, feeling blessed to have reached just in time for the evening Aarti.

🌸 Blissful Darshan of Shri Khatu Shyam Baba

The moment we had darshan of Shri Khatu Shyam Baba, all tiredness and pain from the 22 KM barefoot walk vanished instantly. It was an indescribable, divine experience, filling our hearts with peace, devotion, and gratitude.

This Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Phalguni Mela Pad Yatra 2025 was truly a memorable spiritual journey, and I feel blessed to have completed it with my father.
