A brave free climber puts his life on the line by scaling some of the steepest rock faces with no safety equipment.

Matt Bush, 34, is an experienced rock climber and coach and when he scales some of the steepest and toughest rock faces with no safety equipment, he literally puts his life in his hands.

Climbing 80-foot rock faces in the aptly named Rockland in Cederberg, South Africa, Matt makes the tough task of scaling the rocky faces look easy as he casually takes breaks and dangles in the air.

Matt said: “Climbing without ropes came was the next logical challenge after many years of roped climbing. It was a natural progression.
