In this video, I continue to attempt to dial in two Colombian coffee beans from Diego Bermudez's coffee roastery called Native Coffee Company. I used an AeroPress filter to try and help.

Process: Co-Ferment & Miscellar Washed
Coffee Varietal: Chiroso
Tasting Notes: Yellow Fruis, Simple Syrup, Tropical, Sweet | Pineapple Tea, Mulled Wine, Cinnamon, Complex
Region: Colombia
Grown by/Farm: David Bermudez
Elevation: 1,850 - 2,100 masl (based on regional elevation)
Coffee Variety: Arabica
