Die flies! Die! Die! Die! experimental fly trap in a willow feeder

https://permies.com/wf Flies can be an annoying challenge in any poop system but what if you could trap them using nothing more than a mason jar, a funnel, and a bit of sunlight?

In this video, we present a low-tech fly trap built right into the willow feeder system. It uses light and simple physics to lure flies into a jar they can't escape from, all without chemicals or electricity.

It's effective, scalable, and surprisingly satisfying.
