Standing Cat cow
Lunge stretch
hold lunge, knee hover
Scooters
Hold lunge, open front knee
4PK push ups
add pulse
Hold and pulse
OS lunge stretch
R, R^, RY (BY, R, ^R for your reformer)
Standing side split
Add squat
Add curtsy
Squat to curtsy
Add pulses
Squat to star
Pulse squat
Y, no springs
Inner thigh kneeling
kneeling splits
Lateral flexion
Hold and lateral flex
Pulse
Half plank
Progress to full plank
Shoulder taps
Hold plank +/- shoulder taps
Wheel barrow
hold 10s

Straddle rows
Switch to single arm
