Firstly, when we were discussing the question of whether or not James Shelby Downard was an actual person, I should have added the following, but plumb forgot. The voice of a person said to be Downard is heard on Sirius Rising, Part 1 (S.R.)!

You'll easily verify yourself (from your interview with him) that it is not Michael Hoffman's voice. Nor is it Mr. Grimstad / Jim Brandon's voice. (Of course, Jim Brandon is the S.R. narrator.)

These points are so obvious that it would be a shame if they were left out of your final presentation. So, you might want to say something about it yourself as part of your introduction or your "outro."

Secondly, when we were talking about S.R., you summarized the bits (some of which, of course, also appear in print in the King Kill 33 manuscript) about Kennedy and Johnson mountains, the Ruby Road, and so on.

At one point you say out loud (something like) "I'm not sure what he said." I was going to interject that (if I remember correctly) the phrase you were wrestling with was either "Hecate Pass" or "Hecate Strait." (At various times, I think Downard or Brandon use these phrases -- which, I'll add, are as nearly as I can tell -- two ways to designate the exact same place. Both names clearly refer to the "triple goddess" of Greek mythology. But once you finished your rehearsal of the geographical facts, it slipped my mind to say anything. And our stimulating discussion promptly meandered far afield.

N.B. The pronunciation of "Hecate" is highly variable. Following Hoffman, I usually say /huh-CAH-tay/. Google gives /HEH-keh-tee/. But some say the (closely related) /HECK-uh-tee/. Various combinations of these are in play as well, including /HECK-uh-tay/. Altho I haven't reviewed the audio of S.R. as recently as you have, my recollection was that Shelby said something close to /heh-CAH-tee/. But he said it so quickly, it almost came across as if he were saying "a cocky." But, what he's referring to there was (almost certainly) Hecate.
