➫ 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 ; If you don’t know already, Atsumu was diagnosed with hanahaki disease, he had fell in love with Sakusa, he would go out and have sex with other pepople despite his feelings, time goes on and Atsumu isn’t getting any better, Osamu begged him to tell Sakusa or get the surgery. With the dream Atsumu had during 𝟯𝟴: 𝟬𝟬 - 𝟰𝟱: 𝟮𝟯.

Atsumu lost all his confidence in telling Sakusa because of his dream, the next day Atsumu was walking to the gym when he came across Sakusa who gave him a ride in his car, Atsumu said he told Sakusa he wanted to tell him something after practice, when practice day was over Atsumu waited for Sakusa in front of the gym, while doing so he heard sobbing around the corner so he went to check it out.

He saw Sakusa hugging Yua, actually Sakusa’s cousin but Atsumu thought it was his girlfriend, he coughed but before the two could see him he ran home. When he arrived home Osamu called him asking if he had told Sakusa and Atsumu said he was waiting for Sakusa to finish something, they ended the call and Atsumu called Sakusa.

Atsumu asked Sakusa if he was alright but Sakusa snapped on him, Atsumu said the thing he wanted to say was “Iloveyou..” with that the flower pierced through Atsumu’s lungs, killing him, Sakusa realized what he said, he head a body collapse and ran to Atsumu’s apartment where he found Atsumu lifeless.

Sakusa took his own life because he wanted to say I love you to Atsumu properly, a day later Osamu came to check on Atsumu, he walked into Atsumu's apartment where he found Atsumu and the man Atsumu loved. Sakusa and Atsumu were watching Osamu cry and yell but couldn’t do anything, they never went to heaven or hell. Osamu asked Atsumu why he had broken his promise and after he yelled “ I hope you’re there too sakusa, you better take care of Atsumu because you’re the reason he died.”

Sakusa took that promise silently into his hands, never wanting to let it go, he’ll be there for Atsumu.

Osamu shattered with people trying to help him with no use, time went on where Osamu forgave him and Atsumu was grateful, Atsumu and Sakusa watched over everyone while they lived their own life.
