Montessori Practical life- Setting the table

Acquiring practical life skills is the most important job in the first 6 years of life. Through daily work activities, the child learns to make thoughtful and intelligent choices, becomes physically and mentally independent and responsible. The child learns to concentrate, to control and manage muscles, to be careful, to focus, to analyze logical steps and to complete the cycle of an activity. This further creates the basis for more complex mental and physical actions for a lifetime.
