Hello, friends!
Today was a very very productive day! I’ve actively focused on trying to balance work and life or at least get rid of the guilt that comes with failing to check off all of my to-dos in a day.
Today was exceptional with productivity but absolutely not sustainable long term.
All of this is to say that rest is JUST as important as productivity. With this in mind, I plan on prioritizing rest this weekend. I hope you have the time and freedom to prioritize rest at least one day this weekend 💛
