Johnnie is less than 2 weeks out from the Arnold and this is the full workout they did.
Full workout:
Incline dumbbell press: 2 x warm up
3 x pyramided weight x 12-15 reps
Flat dumbbell press: 3 x 15 reps
Weighted dips:
bodyweight x 15 reps
1 chain (20lbs) x 12-15 reps
2 chains (40lbs) x 12-15 reps (drop set x 10 reps each chain)
Superset: Machine press 4 x 15 reps with Free motion press 4 x 15 reps
Pec deck: 4 x 15 reps
