Welcome to the official YouTube channel of WE KEEP MOVING!

My name is Kristin Hirst and I'm a dance enthusiast from the 'feel good' town of Cobourg, Ontario Canada. I've been teaching Zumba® classes since 2011 and my heart sings every time I see the joy my classes bring to my students. I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Aqua Zumba® and Zumba Gold®.

With a strong fitness background and a love of dance, I bring energy, inspiration and passion to my classes.

These Zumba Gold routines are perfect for older adults or beginners who are looking for safe, fun, lower-intensity and easy-to-follow dance fitness workouts.
