Grundiere einen (gebrauchten) Karton aus einem Gemisch von weisser Acrylfarbe und Kreide. Kreide erlaubt dir später, einfach Kratzer zu machen. Zudem trocknet sie matt auf, was dem gewünschten Look zuträglich ist.
Leere etwas Kaffee auf die noch nasse Acrylfarbe und streue wenig Instantkaffee ein. Kaffee deshalb, weil er immer wieder von unten her durchdrückt und nie ganz verschwindet.
Das Ganze arbeitest du mit Pinsel und Spachtel ein.
Mit einer Reissnadel ziehst du Linien und Formen, die für die optische Alterung wichtig sind. Schwebe mit einem Spachtel wieder über die eingeritzten Linien und lasse Teile davon wieder verschwinden. Gut durchtrocknen lassen.
Trage gezielt und nicht zu viel schwarze Acrylfarbe auf. Ein paar Spritzer dürfen hier auch nicht fehlen. Gerne kannst du auch diese schwarze Farbflläche auch mit spitzen Gegenständen einritzen.
Nun arbeitest du Wasser, Kaffee und Instantkaffee ein.
Nach dem Trocknen übermalst du Teile des Bildes mit weisser Acrylfarbe. Auch Farbspritzer dürfen nicht fehlen.
Wieder darf geritzt werden …
Klebe ein paar unterschiedlich dünne Papiere mit Acrylbinder ein. In den noch nassen Acrylbinder streust du wieder Kreidepulver.
Mit Bleistift hinterlässt du ein paar Linien.
Nimm eine Quetschflasche und fülle sie mit flüssiger schwarzer Acrylfarbe. Jetzt malst du kreisförmig ein paar Linien.
Alle Vorgänge so oft wiederholen, bis du zufrieden damit bist. Probiere auch mal Kohle-, Flexklebepulver, Farbstifte und Wachsmalkreide oder auch andere Farben und Formen aus. Du kannst nichts falsch machen!

Prime a (used) cardboard box with a mixture of white acrylic paint and chalk. Chalk allows you to make simple scratches later. It also dries to a matte finish, which is conducive to the look you want.
Empty some coffee onto the still-wet acrylic paint and sprinkle in a little instant coffee. Coffee because it keeps pushing through from the bottom and never completely disappears.
Work the whole thing in with a brush and spatula.
Use a drawing needle to draw lines and shapes that are important for the optical aging. Hover over the lines again with a palette knife and let parts of them disappear. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Apply black acrylic paint selectively and not too much. A few splashes may not be missing here. You can also scratch this black Farbflläche with pointed objects.
Now you work in water, coffee and instant coffee.
After drying, you paint over parts of the picture with white acrylic paint. Paint splashes may not be missing.
Again you can scratch ...
Glue a few pieces of paper of different thicknesses with acrylic binder. Sprinkle chalk powder into the still wet acrylic binder.
With pencil you leave a few lines.
Take a squeeze bottle and fill it with liquid black acrylic paint. Now paint a few lines in a circle.
Repeat all processes until you are satisfied. Also try charcoal, flex glue powder, colored pencils and wax crayons or even other colors and shapes. You can't go wrong!
