Well, today Courtney and I are heading to the small town of Shicheon

at the foot of the southeast side of Jirisan Mountain.
지리산의 동남쪽 기슭에 있는 곳이에요.
I heard of a unique restaurant
그곳에 독특한 식당이 있다고 들었어요.
serving a buffet of 100%, Jirisan grown and locally made ingredients.
100% 지리산에서 자란 식재료로 만든 뷔페를 먹을 수 있는 곳이에요.
Now I usually avoid buffets,
요즘 웬만하면 뷔페를 안 가는데,
but this one is a little different.
이번엔 좀 달라요.
Each dish is expertly made using only local ingredients,
모든 음식을 현지 재료들만 사용해서 전문적으로 만드는데,
most of them grown just up the road on Jirisan Mountain.
대부분 지리산 길 위에서 자란 것들이에요.
You might think this farm to table buffet would cost a fortune, right?
농장에서 식탁까지 바로 오는 이런 뷔페는 비쌀 것 같죠?
