'Nomad' by The Dave Brubeck Quartet feat. Paul Desmond. Performed live on August 17, 1958 at the French Lick Jazz Festival in French Lick, Indiana. The group had just recorded this song for the album Jazz Impressions of Eurasia earlier that month. This is one of my favorite compositions by Dave Brubeck. It is also one of the few Brubeck recordings with bassist Joe Benjamin.
