Tiramisù Toscano Cantuccini di Prato e Vinsanto

Questo gustoso dolce al cucchiaio si sposa benissimo con i nostri classici cantuccini di Prato, potete usare sia quelli alle mandorle sia al cioccolato, ed è perfetto in accostamento al Vin Santo piuttosto che al solito caffè. Ottimo da preparare anche il giorno prima, non richiede una particolare abilità ai fornelli soprattutto perché è un dolce senza cottura, ottimo da fare in estate ma anche in inverno.

Ingredienti:
Cantuccini di Prato 300 g
Mascarpone 250 g
Uova 3
Panna liquida 100 g
Vin Santo q.b
Zucchero 100 g
Zucchero a velo 1 cucchiaio
