Miraculous Ladybug // Not one of us [AU]

Sooooo I had this idea of mixing the worlds of Miraculous Ladybug and The Lion King 2 in an alternative universe. The song is so powerful and evocative and I love it from my childhood and it inspired me a lot. I put Chat Noir in an alternative Paris where things don't go well for him. The story follows the song (as always) and partially Kovu's.
People finally discover that Gabriel Agreste is Hawk Moth, who finds out Adrien is Chat Noir and tries one last act by psychologically manipulating his own son who is forced to do things he normally would never do. In the end Gabriel doesn't succed, but all of this have bad consequences on poor Adrien, 'cause people start to see him in a different way. They can't forget nor forgive what his father has done and also what he has done, even if it wasn't his real will. This is also because they're afraid that if Gabriel is that kind of person Adrien could be just like him (like Scar and Kovu). He's Hawk Moth's son after all. Yeah, even Marinette turns her back on him. I cry thinking about it! In the end Paris labels Adrien/Chat Noir as a traitor, and he has to hide and escape. He suffers a lot. He tries to explain himself and to reconnect with others, especially with Marinette/Ladybug, but he doesn't succed. Aaand this is it.
Yep, I know, this is a very drastic reaction from people of Paris. But I wanted too much to use this song. Thinking about how Adrien can suffer in this kind of situation really breaks my heart. Poor kitty! :'(
