It's hard for an old Skarner main to let go of spamming Q every half second! This build focuses on ability haste, AD, and Health to scale and spam out Skarner's Q. Since it starts its cooldown from the moment you pick up a rock, you'll be able to manage very close to 100% uptime on your Q, allowing for a lot of attack speed, AoE damage, and you're kinda like old Skarner with a few fewer Q presses.
Unlike Aatrox, I'm decently fond of this rework, though the question is whether I'm happier to ditch the Crystal Spires, or I'm happy for what the rework added. If they never added that AD ratio back to his Q, things might've turned out far worse, though.
