This video presents a case study of risk assessment across 244 real estate properties. Each property is modeled using eight different statistical models. The results highlight the risks of relying on the commonly assumed Gaussian (Normal) framework. By comparing models through Bayesian evidence, we show how Bayesian model ranking can serve as an effective early warning tool in real estate risk assessment.
