2. Ukraine was the main workforce source from countries outside of Europe, but now approximately, more than 100 thousand brave Ukrainian men went back to protect their homeland
3. All refugees from Ukraine are women, children, and the elderly, but local employers require mostly strong men to fill in the job vacancies
4. There is an increased demand for workers from Africa, and Asia. Both foreign and local employers are now more open to recruiting such candidates
5. Polish authorities are aware of the shortage of male workers in the local labor market. Most Voivodeship offices waste no time issuing work permits at the moment
