RC Stearman PT-17 Built from Scratch with Bambu Lab H2D 3D Print, Lamination & Radial Engine PART-1

In this first episode of the RC Stearman PT-17 build series, we take you inside a full construction process from zero — using advanced 3D printing technology and premium components.
The fuselage is printed entirely on the Bambu Lab H2D 3D printer using PLA AERO filament, optimized for lightweight and high-strength RC applications. You'll see detailed print settings, slicing parameters via Bambu Studio, and structural reinforcement using compatible fiberglass lamination techniques.
This video also features the first-time installation of the EVOLUTION 160cc radial engine, a powerhouse unit known for its reliability and scale realism. Mounting, alignment, and firewall preparation are all covered.
