In this brief video I have talked about 7 important methods to use Garlic. It is very common to use garlic in our daily dishes. I have also explained that after making slices or before it is mixed with other items it should be left in air for 10 minutes. The reason is that that Garlic contains a very important chemical compound “ Allicin” that requires 10 minutes in air to complete its chemical reaction that makes it a potent compound.
