As a therapist I see many different patients and I notice some similarities with couples where one or both are avoidant. This does is not a one size fits all approach. This is just a GENERAL guide. This is not meant to be used to manipulate a partner but to help both individuals become more open to love as well as have a long-lasting relationship.
