Can You Cross The GTA Vice City Map Without Touching The Ground?

Is it possible to traverse the entire map of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City without touching the ground? An interesting challenge suggested by some of my viewers. While using buildings, rooftops and everything else the is above ground level, I try to reach my destination without failing the challenge.
