Here’s what’s on my plate today:
Breakfast: Ground beef, scrambled eggs, bacon, and kielbasa – all cooked in grass-fed butter.
New Morning Drink (no coffee!): A rich blend of butter, cream, and half & half – energy without the caffeine crash.
Lunch/Dinner: Smoked chicken thighs and a salt-brined Kuro steak (a little tough yesterday, but smoking made it so much better).
I’ve found that an animal-based, meat-focused lifestyle gives me steady energy, strength, and recovery without sugar crashes or processed foods.
