To my knowledge, this miniature is pre-painted as it is in every copy of the board game. If it isn't, however, the simplest way to approach would be to apply a base coat of a dark green color, such as Angel Green, and follow up with a brown or black quickshade, like Strong Tone or Dark Tone. If you don't want to use a quickshade, start with a layer of any dark brown color and drybrush with Angel Green or any dark green color on top of that.
