What is the OSR, and Why Should I Care?

BRIAN BAUMBARTNER'S "MONTECITO" COCKTAIL
I slightly changed this by recommending stirring over a large cube, in the glass, rather than shaking and pouring over crushed ice.

1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
1.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
2 dashes Aztec Chocolate (or Mole) Bitters

Stir all ingredients over a large cube, in a rocks or Old Fashioned glass, until well chilled. Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the top.
