Tutorial for creating custom OPC DA Device Types in EcoStruxure™ Power Monitoring Expert (PME) and StruxureWare Power Monitoring (SPM). Although OPC Sites can be added within Management Console, OPC devices do not have a native device type and require a custom configuration.
WARNING: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are saved to a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop folder).
