Is This American Airlines Business Class Really World Class?

The Round the World adventures continue! On this leg, I’m flying American Airlines’ Flagship Business Class from Miami to Rio de Janeiro aboard the Boeing 777-200ER. Instead of the newest seats, this aircraft features the rare and quirky Concept D seat—a design that sparks plenty of debate.

From the lie-flat seat to the onboard service and catering, I put AA’s long-haul business class to the test. Can this older cabin really deliver a world-class experience, or is it showing its age?
