This 15-minute postpartum workout is designed especially for tired moms who want to gently reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and release tension — all while baby naps peacefully. 👶🏼💤
In this quick and effective session, we focus on low-impact movements that are safe for the postpartum body. You just need your breath, a mat, and maybe a pillow!
🕒 Workout Breakdown:
🔸 Warm-Up (2 mins) – Neck rolls, shoulder rolls, side stretch, seated cat-cow
🔸 Pelvic Tilts (2 mins) – Reawaken your core gently
🔸 Toe Taps (2 mins) – Quiet, controlled, core-focused movement
🔸 Bird Dog (2 mins) – Balance, lengthen, and check that baby monitor!
🔸 Standing Knee March (2 mins) – Get the blood flowing and legs moving
