Here’s the lift.
Warm Up: Bar×10, 75×8, 95×5
Working Sets: 105×10, 115×8, 125×6, Drop 85×12–15
Finisher: 2 sets of 10 DB lateral raises + 20s overhead hold
Quick, simple, no fluff. This one builds shoulders, triceps, and control overhead.
It’s all about pressing clean, staying tight, and finishing every rep with intent.
