SORRY FOR ALL THE NOISE IN FIRST PART OF VIDEO . NOT SURE WHAT THE CAMERA WAS PICKING UP . POSSIBLY THE WIND MAYBE .
We are in the middle of King Tides . The issue with King tides is we get extreme high tides and fast moving Sneaker Waves . Unfortunately for this driver they tried to cross the Ocean Park Slough , got half way across and a sneaker hit them .
With all the electronics on the newer cars the salt water will short out switches , solenoid's etc .
By the time we got on scene the car was dead and we had no way to get it into neutral or release the electronic parking brake .
