Gigamoth Larva (Unmade Kaiju)
Gigamoth is a kaiju from the scrapped 1991 film proposal Godzilla vs. Gigamoth. Though never filmed, it served as the direct prototype for the monster Battra.

Origin: It was intended to be Mothra's "evil twin," hatched from the same egg but mutated by radioactive pollution.

Appearance: Concept art depicted the larva as a darker, spikier, and armor-plated version of the Mothra larva (resembling the future Battra larva).

Abilities: Unlike Mothra's silk, Gigamoth Larva could spray acidic mist, spin toxic webs, and absorb nuclear energy.

Role: In the script, it battles Godzilla and traps him in a web before evolving into its adult form.

Legacy: The concept was reworked and eventually became Battra in the film Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992).
