I hired a new stocker so hopefully the shelves will stay stocked. Goal for next time is to get another cashier so the store can stay open 24/7. And also hire a manager. We are finally looking like a real grocery store. We have all of produce all of dry goods and working on frozen. Then i will do cold and then protein. THEN i will get a shelf dedicated to each item. So there will be a full shelf of just 1 item so hopefully we dont sell out as fast.
