I can't even explain how good all this food was... FRESH tuna poke, coconut-panko crusted Mahi Mahi and Almaco Jack with amazing sides. My favorite part about it, was that we caught all of these fish just hours before and it was incredible to see it come together at the table! 🙌🍽
A big thanks to Viktor from Landshark Fishing and his fiance, Brook Crist, who taught me so much about filleting that day! Some expert hands at the fillet table and we could certainly tell. Not only that, but they made some of the best seafood I've ever had all week!
