Hello all
In this video I go through the procedure of putting the oil pump back together with a new screen and a homemade gasket, checking that it does what it is supposed to do with the aid of my drill , I also carry out the final preps and checks , then join the crank case’s and torque them down to the Kawasaki torque settings, I then mount the pump onto the motor .
This is quite a long video so be prepared.
