Our 2007 Entourage has over 240,000 miles on it, and the shocks that were replaced were the original Kia/Hyundai shocks. The shocks were tired, but not completely shot; Kia/Hyundai used some good quality shocks back then. The stabilizer links were worn but not completely busted. The sway bar bushings were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced; I find it hard to believe they were the original bushings. Everything was replaced to improve the ride and reduce rattling noises from the rear. Will be replacing the front stuts in the near future.
