My Town Just Passed A Ebike Ordinance (Mayor Shows Up During Ride)

This week my small Indiana town's City Council passed an ordinance on the usage of ebikes. This has caused up quite a stir in my town of 2600 and I wanted to put out a video explaining the details. I have my thoughts on it (I'm sure you guys know my thoughts) and plan on attending the next city council meeting the first week of October! During the video our town's mayor actually stops me and we chit chat for about 20 minutes. I have no bad feelings towards him or the city council for this new ordinance but look forward to asking them some questions that I and others feel need answered during the next meeting. Will it stay? Will it be changed? Will I go to JAIL? Will I ever learn to properly edit videos? All Good questions, so let's find out
