Fortran: SEND and RECV Messages in MPI

I continue the MPI discussion going into the SEND and RECV functions for parallel programming. These functions help different processes "talk" to each other so that operations can given accurately. I had an intention to go through all my examples in this video, but the example took longer than expected. The next example will be covered in the next video!
