Founded by long-time video game composer Tommy Tallarico, VGL is a concert dedicated to the appreciation of video game culture and its music. It was first performed in 2002 and features game footage paired alongside live orchestral arrangements of video game soundtracks. In 2010, its New Orleans concert was broadcast across North American television as a PBS Special.
